Location is used to set a request address, calculate distance, and find nearby masters. Images, messages, and voice messages are available only to participants in the relevant request or chat. You can change permissions in your device settings, but some features may then be unavailable.
Calls made within FixLeo may be recorded for safety, quality control, and handling support requests. Recordings are not shown to regular users and are available only to authorised administrators when necessary.
FixLeo does not sell personal information. We share only necessary information with request participants, technical service providers, or public authorities when required by law. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
You can view and update profile information, withdraw device permissions, and request correction or deletion of personal information and your account through FixLeo support.
